| IS BREAKFAST INCLUDED? |
Breakfast is not included with any of our apartments. You do have a fully equipped kitchen for you to cook your own breakfast, or fabulous restaurants are a short stroll away. Tea, Coffee, Sugar and UHT Milk is provided with a starter pack in your apartment on arrival.

| HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN STAY IN THE APARTMENT? |
One-bedroom apartments can sleep a maximum of 3 people, with an additional rollaway bed in the apartment for an extra $35 per night. (Needs to be pre booked).
Two Bedroom apartments can sleep a maximum of 5 people, with an additional rollaway bed in the apartment for an extra $35 per night.
Please note: There are two style of two bedroom apartments at Darling Towers on Collins One style with 1 Queen Bed and 1 Single Bed which will sleep 4 with a rollaway, and one style with 1 queen and 2 single beds which will sleep 5 people with a rollaway.
What is the difference between a studio apartment and a one-bedroom apartment at Darling Towers on Collins?
The difference between the studio and the 1 bedroom apartment at Darling Towers on Collins is that the studio apartments are much smaller in size and have no views, whereas the one-bedroom apartments have a larger living space and have better views.

| HOW DO I GET TO DFO ESSENDON? |
By Car: Direct Factory Outlet is situated at 100 Bulla Road in Strathmore (Melways ref: 16 D10): directly next to Essendon Airport. With major roads to the property are the Tullamarine Freeway and Mt Alexander Road.
By Public Transport: From the city, Flinders’s and Elizabeth Streets 59 Tram will come to a stop 47 on Keilor & Mt Alexander Roads. The Centre is located approximately 2 km away from stop 47, which is a walk of approximately 30- 40 minutes. A taxi can also be taken to the centre.

| WHAT WILL I NEED WHEN I CHECK IN? |
You will need a valid form of photo identification and credit card in your name, which will be used as a guarantee for your accommodation and incidentals during your stay.

| WHERE CAN I BUY TRAM / TRAIN TICKETS? |
Either on the tram itself, in the COIN ONLY machine – a daily or two hour ticket is available. Tram tickets can be purchased at the station. Or tickets can be purchased at any 7/11 and most newsagents.
Tickets for the tram are also valid for the train and bus.

| WHAT DO WE DO IN WET WEATHER? |
Go to the Aquarium, The Melbourne Jail, ACMI, National Gallery of Victoria, take in a show or if all else fails settle into one or many of Melbourne’s finest dining establishments.

| IS THERE ENOUGH TO ENTERTAIN THE KIDS? |
Luna Park - The Aquarium - Scienceworks - Melbourne Museum - take them to see a show – kick a virtual goal at the AFL museum or take a tour of the MCG – take them up the EUREKA tower - explore the Botanic Gardens and relax with a picnic... it’s all at your fingertips.

Towels are provided in the apartments along with sheets, pillows and toiletries.
